I. Intelligent laser power supply Z150 Main Feature

1. PFC wide voltage AC90V-AC250V input, global universal.

2.  High intelligence: Z150 power supply can communicate with motion controller,the controller panel can display Z150 power supply working condition, the users can know and judge the fault easily 

3. Open circuit protection function, if the output high voltage open circuit or not connected well, the Z150 power supply will automatically cut off the high voltage.

4.   Multi-function LCD screen: One LCD screen can show two Z150 power supplies working condition, easy used for 130w-150w double-heads laser cutting machines. 

5.  High voltage discharge function, no residual voltage after turn off, very safe for user. 

6. Excellent cover with patent design: Good appearance, better heat dissipation.

TH	Input Signal	The control of laser: TH≥3V, emitting laser; TL≤0.3V, no laser.
TL	Input Signal	The control of laser: TH≥3V, no laser; TL≤0.3V, emitting laser.
WP*1	Input Signal	The control of laser: TH≥3V, no laser; TL≤0.3V, emitting laser.
G	GND	This foot must be connected well with the shell of laser machine and the ground of control board.
IN*2	Input Signal	The control of laser power: Both 0-5V analog signal  and PWM signal can control the laser power.
5V	Output Power	Output 5V, the maximum output current is 20mA.

IV.Z150 laser power supply Manual Test Method

Firstly make sure Z150 power supply and laser tube correct well, disconnect the control terminal and press the RED button” TEST” on Z150 power supply for 5-10seconds to check if there is laser output from laser tube.This method is easily to judge if power supply is ok.
