FEATURES:
* Conforms to ASTM D 4417-B, IMO MSC.215(82), SANS 5772, US Navy NSI 009-32, US Navy PPI 63101-000. The test method can directly measure the height of the peak-to-valley bottom of the surface.
* The built-in sharp stylus of the instrument feels the roughness of the measured surface.
* The roughness of the measured surface of the workpiece causes displacement of the stylus, which changes the inductance of the sensor’s inductance coil, thereby generating an analog signal proportional to the surface roughness of the measured surface at the output of the phase-sensitive rectifier.
* The signal enters the data acquisition system after amplification and level conversion, and the DSP chip performs digital
filtering and parameter calculation on the collected data.
* High-precision inductive sensor.
* Integrated design, small size, light weight and use.
* With automatic shutdown function.
* With metric system conversion function.
