S5990-01 is a S5990 series two dimension, surface mount, high accuracy position sensitive detector (PSD). It has excellent position detectability. It is compatible with lead free solder reflow. It has a improved tetra-lateral type (pin-cushion type) delivers superior position detection. It is used in applications such as light spot detection, pointing device, various types of position detection.
